Returns:

Please remember to include your receipt as well as £4.50 in coin to cover return postage.

Please also remember to check out the sizing page (click here) in order to get the most accurate measurement for your replacement belt.

Delivery Times:

Orders are normally shipped within 2 to 4 weeks.

However, at certain times of the year we are extremely busy (see note below) and, as all Cobra products are handcrafted to your specifications, some items may take longer. If you require an item by a certain date, please telephone - we can usually meet your requirements.

Please note: That when we are attending shows, special orders may be subject to delays of 1 to 2 days before and after the show. Check show dates for an indication of when the workshop/office is open.

If an item will take longer to deliver than 4 weeks, we will phone you for your instructions.

Returns & Exchange:

Because we have taken care to produce first class products, we guarantee that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return it unused and we will gladly exchange it or refund your money excluding postage costs.

All belts come with a One Year Guarantee for the metal-ware / Five Year Guarantee for the leather - excluding return postage. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase and guarantee.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

If the sizing instructions have not been carried out according to the method  shown above we reserve the right to levy

a charge of 15% of the items value together with a charge for return postage (in most cases £4.50 - 2nd class post)

Please include this charge in coin (or with credit card details) as cheques are no longer accepted.
